General Terms of Camping Gradina - 2026

BUNGALOWS

1. Reservation Conditions:

– Upon making a reservation and accommodation, each guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with, accept, and comply with the Internal Rules of the campsite, published on the website of Camping “Gradina” and displayed in a visible place at the reception. At the same time, the guest accepts these General Terms and Conditions regardless of the manner in which the reservation is made (online, by phone, or on site).

– Reservations may be made by phone at: +359 888 77 33 44, by e-mail at: reservations@campinggradina.com, directly through our website: https://campinggradina.com, or on site at Camping “Gradina”.

– After receipt of an advance payment from the guest, the reservation becomes valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED.

– The reservation confirmation notification contains a description of the type and number of reserved bungalows, check-in and check-out dates and times, number of adults and children, as well as other information specified in the reservation request.

– During the period between the inquiry and the actual completion of the reservation, availability may change, which may result in a change in the initially quoted price or its availability.

– All reservations remain provisional until the guest pays the deposit specified below to confirm the reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit, Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD shall send a reservation confirmation notification.

– Each reservation is personal, and the guest is responsible for making any changes thereto.

– If a guest makes a reservation on behalf of a third party, they must provide detailed information about the reservation holder. The guest is obliged to inform the reservation holder of these General Terms and Conditions.

– Upon reservation, the guest is obliged to inform the hotel of any special requirements in order to allow the staff to meet their needs.

– For the entire period of stay, the guest is entitled to free access for 1 (one) or 2 (two) motor vehicles, depending on the reserved bungalow type, for which a parking permit is issued at reception upon check-in.

– Upon reservation, the guest must indicate the registration number of the vehicle entitled to free access.

– A second and each subsequent vehicle arriving for any reason in relation to the guest shall be charged at the regular rate according to the price list displayed at the parking entrance.

– Light commercial vehicles, vans, campers, and other vehicles different from passenger cars are permitted only for loading and unloading activities after prior arrangement with the campsite staff.

– If the guest wishes to use a jet ski, boat, ATV, or similar equipment, they must notify the campsite in advance. The positioning and operation of such equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the established procedure and only in the designated areas by the campsite staff – water corridors, storage areas, parking zones, etc.

2. Prices and Payments:

– All published prices are per bungalow per night and include:

• VAT

• Tourist tax

• Insurance

• Parking space, depending on the bungalow type:

– one parking space for a one-bedroom bungalow – two parking spaces for a two-bedroom bungalow

• Beach umbrella and sun lounger or bean bag, depending on the bungalow type:

– one set of umbrella with sun lounger or bean bag for a one-bedroom bungalow – two sets of umbrella with sun loungers or bean bags for a two-bedroom bungalow

• Free internet access

– Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash, in euros

• By POS terminal, on site

• By bank transfer to the following bank account:

3. Payments and Invoices:

– When paying for a bungalow reservation by bank transfer, the payment reference must include the reservation number and the name of the reservation holder.

– Payment information is included in the reservation confirmation.

– If the guest wishes to receive an invoice for a payment made by bank transfer or other electronic means, they must send the invoice details immediately after receiving the reservation confirmation to: reservations@campinggradina.com. For on-site payments, it is sufficient to inform the reception staff member and provide the invoice details prior to payment.

– Refunds of amounts paid by bank transfer or other electronic means shall be made to the guest’s bank account from which the payment was made, within 10 business days.

– Refunds of amounts paid in cash shall be made on site, at the reception of Camping “Gradina”.

4. Cancellation Conditions:

– A security deposit amounting to 50% of the total reservation value is required. The payment must be made within no more than 2 (two) days after the confirmation email sent by Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD.

– The remaining 50% of the reservation value must be paid no later than 30 days prior to check-in.

– In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 60 days prior to the check-in date, the amount paid in advance shall be refunded and the reservation shall be considered cancelled.

– In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 30 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid in advance shall be refunded and the reservation shall be considered cancelled.

– For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the entire amount paid shall be retained as a penalty.

– If the guest fails to pay or provide proof of payment of the required deposit within the specified time limit, Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD reserves the right to cancel the reservation and shall notify the guest accordingly.

– In case of cancellation on the day of check-in or in the event of a no-show, the entire amount paid shall be retained as a penalty.

– In case of early departure, the value of the unused portion of the reservation shall not be refunded.

– In connection with global epidemiological situations and force majeure circumstances – quarantine or a test confirming the presence of illness or infection – a voucher shall be issued for the paid amount, valid for 12 months.

5. Check-in Conditions:

– Reception working hours are from 00:00 to 24:00. Check-in at Camping “Gradina” begins at 15:00.

– The guest is obliged to provide all data requested by the receptionist necessary for the completion of the check-in process.

– Accommodation of children:

• Baby cots are provided free of charge and must be requested in advance at the time of reservation.

– Pets:

• Guests must inform the campsite of the presence of a pet at the time of reservation or no later than 7 days prior to check-in.

• Guests with dogs weighing up to 5 kg are allowed to stay in the bungalows of Camping “Gradina” upon payment of a deposit of EUR 160 (one hundred and sixty euros) prior to check-in.

• If the pet weighs more than 5 kg and the guest refuses accommodation due to the pet not being permitted, the amount paid shall not be refunded.

• Pets must be under the constant control and care of the guest.

• In case damages caused by a pet are established, Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD shall retain an amount from the deposit corresponding to the damage caused.

• Upon departure and if no damages caused by the pet are established, the deposit shall be refunded. Failure to comply with these conditions constitutes grounds for cancellation of the reservation and, for ongoing rental relationships, for their unilateral early termination.

6. Check-out Conditions:

– All guests are required to vacate the bungalow by 12:00 on the day of departure. In case of late check-out, the following penalty shall apply:

• A penalty amounting to 50% of the nightly rate shall be charged.

– In the event of damage caused by the guest to property owned by Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD, where such damage results from use beyond the typical intended use of the item, the guest shall be liable to pay the value of the damaged item according to the price list available in each bungalow.

– Each bungalow contains an inventory list and a price list of the items available therein. In case of a missing inventory item, the guest shall be liable to pay for the missing item.

– In case of lost or forgotten items, guests must contact Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD as soon as possible and inform the staff of the loss, providing a detailed description of each item (type, brand, size, color, and other identifying features), as well as any relevant facts and circumstances. The campsite staff shall assist the guests.

7. Guest Conduct and Damages:

– Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD reserves the right to seek compensation from its guests for all malicious acts that do not comply with good morals and generally accepted standards and that result in damage to the campsite’s property.

– Guests are obliged to maintain decent behavior within the territory of Camping “Gradina” and observe quiet hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00, as well as to respect the privacy and peace of the other guests staying at Camping “Gradina”.

CARAVANS

1. Reservation Conditions:

– Upon making a reservation and accommodation, each guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with, accept, and comply with their obligations under the Internal Rules of the campsite, published on the website of Camping “Gradina” and displayed in a visible place at the reception. At the same time, the guest accepts these General Terms and Conditions regardless of the manner in which the reservation is made (online, by phone, or on site).

– During the period between the inquiry and the actual completion of the reservation, availability may change, which may result in a change in the initially quoted price or its availability.

– All reservations shall remain provisional until the guest pays the deposit specified below, confirming the reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit, the campsite shall send the guest a reservation confirmation notification.

– After receipt of an advance payment from the guest, the reservation becomes valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED.

– Each reservation is personal, and the guest is responsible for making any changes thereto.

– For the entire period of stay, the camper is entitled to free access for 1 (one) motor vehicle.

– Upon reservation, the guest must indicate the registration number of the vehicle that will use the free access.

– Upon reservation, the guest must indicate the registration number of their caravan that will be positioned within the campsite.

– A second and each subsequent vehicle arriving for any reason in relation to the tenant shall be charged at the regular rate according to the price list displayed at the parking entrance.

– Light commercial vehicles, vans, campers, and other vehicles different from passenger cars are permitted only for loading and unloading activities after prior arrangement with the campsite staff.

– If the tenant wishes to use a jet ski, boat, ATV, or similar, they must notify the campsite in advance. The positioning and operation of the above-mentioned equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the established procedure and in the designated areas – water corridors, storage areas, parking zones, etc.

2. Prices and Payments:

– All published prices are per pitch for the entire season /01.05–30.09.2026/ and include:

• VAT

• Tourist tax

• Insurance

• Parking space for one vehicle

• Free internet access

• Up to four registered persons per caravan pitch per night

• Use of sanitary facilities /showers, toilets/

– The prices do not include the costs of consumed electricity and water. Each pitch is equipped with an individual electricity meter and water meter, which are read monthly. Payment for consumed electricity and water shall be made by the 10th day of the month following the month for which the consumption is charged. In case of late payment, the lessor has the right to interrupt the supply of electricity and water.

– A municipal waste fee is charged to the tenants of each pitch in the amount of EUR 0.51 (fifty-one euro cents) per day for the period from 1 May to 30 September inclusive. The fee shall be paid by the 10th day of the month following the month for which it is charged. In case of late payment, the lessor has the right to interrupt the supply of electricity and water.

– Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD accepts the following payment methods:

– Payment information is included in the reservation confirmation.

– If the guest wishes to receive an invoice for a payment made by bank transfer or other electronic means, they must send the invoice details immediately after receiving the reservation confirmation. For on-site payments, it is sufficient to inform the reception staff member and provide the invoice details.

– Refunds of amounts paid by bank transfer or other electronic means shall be made to the guest’s bank account from which the payment was made, within 10 business days.

– Refunds of amounts paid in cash shall be made on site, at the campsite reception.

4. Cancellation Conditions:

– The guest shall pay 100% of the total amount due for the entire stay at the time of reservation, within 3 (three) business days after confirmation by CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD that the pitch can be rented.

– In the event of cancellation, the advance payment shall be refunded only if the cancellation is made 30 (thirty) days prior to the start date of the 2026 season – 01.05.2026. – In case of cancellation after this period, CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD shall retain 100% of the advance payment.

– For reservations and accommodation made after the start date of the 2026 season – 01.05.2026, the guest shall pay 100% of the total amount due for the entire stay within 3 (three) business days after confirmation by CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD that the pitch can be rented.

– In case of cancellation of a reservation made after the start of the season, CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD shall retain 100% of the amount paid.

– If the advance payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation shall be cancelled.

5. Check-in Conditions:

– Reception working hours are from 00:00 to 24:00.

– Camping units /caravans/ must be present at Camping “Gradina” between 25 and 30 April in order to be positioned by 1 May, in accordance with the placement scheme published on the official website of CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD, which is the obligation of each caravan owner.

– The positioning of caravans within the campsite is carried out by campsite staff and equipment between 09:00 and 17:00.

– In case of arrival outside the designated check-in hours, the caravan shall remain on the campsite territory, and positioning and connection to electricity and water supply shall be carried out on the following day.

– The permitted number of persons accommodated on one pitch is up to 4 (four). Upon prior notification, up to 3 (three) additional persons may be allowed as visiting guests of the camper. All persons on the campsite territory are subject to registration at reception upon arrival.

– Accommodation of camping units shall be carried out according to the placement scheme published on the official website of CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD. Persons under 18 years of age may be accommodated only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

– The guest is obliged to provide all data requested by the receptionist necessary for the completion of the check-in process.

– If campers wish to extend the duration of their stay, they are obliged to notify the campsite duty administrator at least three days prior to the scheduled departure date.

– Pets:

• Pets are allowed on the campsite territory when staying in caravans. Free roaming of pets within Camping “Gradina” is prohibited. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and for large breeds the use of a muzzle is mandatory. Cleaning up after pets is mandatory.

6. Check-out Conditions:

– The caravan pitch must be vacated by 12:00. In case of failure to comply with the check-out time, the offender shall owe the campsite a financial penalty amounting to half of the value of one overnight stay, according to the applicable price list.

– Prior to departure, each user is obliged to clean the pitch being vacated.

– In case of failure to vacate the pitch and inability to establish contact with the registered person, the management has the right to suspend the supply of electricity and water.

– If within three days after the expiry of the stay period the pitch is not vacated, the management has the right to forcibly remove the camping unit from the campsite territory. In such cases, CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Rules, the camper renting a pitch expressly consents and does not object to the right of CAMPING YUZHEN BRYAG EOOD to remove the camping unit from the campsite territory.
