Internal rules - 2026
Prior to accommodation, campers, staying guests, and visiting tourists are required to pay all services related to their stay at the campsite in accordance with the price list of Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD.
All persons on the territory of the campsite are subject to mandatory registration at the reception upon arrival.
The permitted number of persons accommodated in a one-room bungalow is up to 4 (four) persons. The permitted number of persons accommodated in a two-room bungalow is up to 6 (six) persons.
The permitted number of persons accommodated on one camping plot is up to 4 (four) persons. Upon prior notification, up to 3 (three) additional persons may be admitted to one plot as visiting tourists of the camper.
Only persons duly registered at the campsite reception in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria on the registration of guests in short-term accommodation facilities shall be considered visiting tourists. Any persons found on a plot who are not duly registered shall be considered violators on the territory of the campsite. The consequences of the established violation shall be borne by the person registered for the plot/bungalow where the violators are found. Such violation shall be deemed non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions and the Internal Rules and Regulations, granting the campsite the right to prematurely terminate the rental relationship.
The management of Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD has the right to carry out inspections at any time through its staff, including with the assistance of the Ministry of Interior authorities, in order to ensure compliance with these Internal Rules and Regulations and the lawful stay of campers and tourists on the territory of the campsite.
Rules for Use of a Camping Plot:
– A three-dimensional layout plan for the positioning of caravans, awnings, and canopies is published on the official website of Camping “Gradina”. In the event of non-compliance with the specified layout, the persons concerned are obliged to reposition the facilities at their own expense. In case of refusal, access to the campsite, including electricity and water supply, shall be suspended until compliance is achieved.
– The area of one rented camping plot at Camping “Gradina” for the 2026 season is 80 (eighty) sq. m, forming a rectangle measuring 8 (eight) meters in width (facing the sea) and 10 (ten) meters in depth (perpendicular to the sea). The maximum size of awnings must not exceed 6 meters in width (facing the sea) and 3 meters in depth. Enclosures of the used area are permitted only with stakes, rope, hedge, flowers, or a light decorative fence with a height of up to 0.70 (seventy) cm.
– The preparation of the terrain for positioning camping units is the responsibility of the campsite staff and is carried out at the beginning of each summer season. During the active season, additional activities related to leveling the terrain are not permitted.
– Campers, staying guests, and visiting tourists using the shared sanitary facilities are obliged to lock and unlock them using a chip/key received upon registration at the reception. A deposit of EUR 10 (ten euros) is charged for each issued chip. Upon payment of the deposit, a receipt is issued, which must be kept until departure. Upon return of the chip and presentation of the receipt, the deposit shall be refunded by the duty administrator.
– The positioning of caravans, including additional sun-protection and other structures, must be at a distance of no less than 1 (one) meter from the plot boundary. The exchange of caravans on the same plot during the camping period is strictly prohibited.
– It is strictly prohibited for temporary electricity and water supply routes (including cables, hoses, etc.) to pass through other plots. They must be routed along the boundaries between plots to protect the life and health of campers and to avoid inconvenience to other guests. In case of violation, the offenders shall be disconnected from the electricity supply. Non-compliance grants the campsite the right to unilaterally terminate the rental relationship prior to the agreed term. – All campers with caravans are obliged to use functional, properly grounded and neutralized electrical appliances and connection cables.
– Subletting of plots, caravans, or bungalows to third parties is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance constitutes grounds for unilateral early termination of the rental relationship by Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD. Upon termination, all rights of the tenant, including those of staying and visiting tourists, to occupy and use the rented area cease. Access shall be restricted as of the date of the termination notice, and paid amounts shall not be refunded, being retained as a contractual penalty. The notice shall be affixed to the facility used by the camper. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions and these Internal Rules, campers, staying and visiting tourists declare their consent and do not object to the right of Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD to remove the camping unit from the campsite territory. Such actions shall not be considered self-help but lawful prevention thereof. In addition, a monetary penalty of EUR 1,535 (one thousand five hundred thirty-five euros) shall be imposed.
Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD shall not be liable for forgotten or unattended items on the campsite territory.
Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD shall not be liable for material or non-material damages suffered by campers or guests caused by electricity or water supply interruptions attributable to third parties, nor for damages caused by natural disasters, storms, strong winds, or heavy rain.
Parking of vehicles on commercial areas, green zones, or areas not designated for parking is prohibited.
Passage, parking, stopping of any vehicles or camping units, as well as the placement of beach equipment, awnings, or other items on areas designated as sand dunes, is prohibited. Any sanctions imposed by competent authorities may be subject to recourse against the violators.
Full responsibility for violations lies with the violator. The campsite has the right to require immediate removal of items placed in prohibited areas.
The campsite operator may not advertise or offer for sale camping plots located in prohibited zones.
The use of shampoos, shower gels, soap, and similar products outside the shared sanitary facilities is prohibited in order to protect the environment.
The use of drinking water for washing vehicles, camping units, filling inflatable pools, cooling food and beverages, and similar activities is prohibited.
Lighting open fires on the territory of the campsite and the beach “Camping Gradina” is prohibited. The use of barbecues, charcoal grills, and functional gas appliances is permitted in compliance with safety regulations.
The use of pyrotechnics and sky lanterns with open flame is prohibited on the territory of Camping “Gradina” and the beach.
Loud music and noise are prohibited on the campsite and the beach between 14:00–16:00 and 23:00–08:00, except during caravan positioning or removal with campsite machinery or urgent activities.
Free roaming of dogs is prohibited. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and large breeds must wear a muzzle. Cleaning after pets is mandatory.
Bathing dogs and other pets in shared sanitary facilities and washbasins is prohibited.
The operation of ATVs and motocross motorcycles on the campsite territory is prohibited.
Vehicle movement within the campsite area is limited to a maximum speed of 10 km/h. Management may revoke the violator’s access permit.
Posting advertising, promotional, or similar materials on the campsite territory is prohibited.
Commercial activities by third parties, campers, staying or visiting tourists are prohibited without prior permission from Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD.
Damaging, relocating, or destroying signs, information boards, road signs, lighting fixtures, waste containers, bins, etc. is prohibited.
Collecting or uprooting medicinal, decorative, or protected plant species is prohibited.
Damaging sand dunes, cutting or uprooting trees, shrubs, or other vegetation is prohibited.
The installation of eco-toilets on the campsite territory is prohibited.
By becoming acquainted with these Internal Rules, campers, staying and visiting tourists undertake to comply with them and declare their consent to their application.
Any breach of these Internal Rules or the General Terms and Conditions constitutes grounds for unilateral early termination of the rental relationship by Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD, without refund of paid amounts, which shall be retained as a contractual penalty.
Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD has the right to suspend water and electricity supply and restrict access until the violation is remedied.
In case of repeated or gross violations, as determined by Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD, the rental relationship may be terminated early without refund of prepaid amounts.
Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD reserves the right to amend and supplement the General Terms and Conditions and these Internal Rules and Regulations.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Camper / Camping Tourist: A person who has rented a plot or bungalow from Camping Yuzhen Bryag EOOD. Staying Tourist: A family or household member of the camper, entitled to use the rented plot and facilities for the entire rental period.
Visiting Tourist: A person duly registered at the campsite reception for short-term stay.
Violator: A person not duly registered or not complying with these Internal Rules.
Monetary Penalty / Fine: A contractual penalty automatically due by the violator for non-compliance, of a financial nature.
